My goal is to help you maintain your commitment to fitness when you do not have access to much equipment or a gym. Summer Travel Plans
Happy almost 4th of July! We are all distracted by the anticipation of the holiday weekend. I swear the weeks a special occasion always just feel different.
Today I am sharing my favorite quick workouts that have appeared on the The Bikini Experiment as a resource. Summer travel and getaway weekends are in the works for many of us. With that escape often comes a break from the gym.
Many times we aren’t willing to pay the hefty fees for a few workouts. Or maybe we do not want to devote too much time away from our vacation to fit in a sweat session. I totally get it!
These quick workouts are by no means easy. However, they require little or no equipment that can easily be packed away in your suit case. I know when I travel I will sometimes splurge for gym access, but not always. There are times when it just doesn’t fit into our plans. What’s that saying about life?
These dynamic movements will work your entire body to help get a strong and lean shape. All you will need for this workout is a mini band.
No-equipment needed routine! A lot of my favorite go-to exercises are featured here. Like the reverse lunge.
All the way you can plank! Awesome ways to vary the plank and work your core.
Gliders are not expensive and so teeny tiny they can easily be tucked away into an overnight bag or suitcase. This workout is tough and efficient.
Getting after some hills with sprints! This effective routine is sure to get your heart pumping in no time flat.
Fun ab circuit that will work your entire waistline for a lean shape. I say fun, but these moves are challenging!
