Hola! Happy Tuesday. I have a fun bodyweight circuit to share with you today. This time of year can make it tough to squeeze in a gym workout. Social calendars are packed. In addition, we are often traveling to visit family or booking a holiday trip. Tis the season, right?
This workout requires no equipment whatsoever. It was filmed in a gym, but you don’t need a gym to do it. Wink, wink. Kick your coffee table to the side and get ready to jump in!
Quick Bodyweight Circuit
