Without a good attitude it will be really difficult to maintain a nutritious diet. If you can’t bear the idea of eating x,y or z again that you have some shaking up to do in the kitchen!
Adding the flavor is one of the top ways I believe you can keep your meal prep simple, but still look forward to eating your next salad. Even if it involves grilled chicken (yet again!)
As someone who looks careful at labels I am always troubled by those sauces and condiments that promise to be oh so healthy. After a little reading, it’s quick to see that they are not all they say they will be. Choosing simple ingredients and finding ways to make them yourself is often the best option!
BBQ sauce is probably the most popular sauce that dominated the summer season. We love it for all the veggies, chicken and whatever pops off the grill. Am I right? You will be blown away by how simple and easy this recipe is to make for yourself. Store-bought bbq sauce will become a distant memory once you get a spoonful of this amazing creation.
Plus it is free of chemicals, additives and excess sugar. All the flavor without that bad stuff we want to avoid. It’s pretty much the dream of any bikini experiment living girl! - ¼ Cup Organic Ketchup
- 2 TBSP Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TBSP Coconut Vinegar
- 1 Packet Stevia
- Pinch off Pink Himalayan Salt
- Measure and add each ingredient to a glass bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until each item is carefully folded into the mixture.
- Add to your grill item of choice and enjoy!
